The Background Ocean Particles are the Root Particles of Matter

THE NATURE OF MATTER
CHAPTER 1
THREE PROPOSALS
The following three proposals are a summary of the consequences of the deduction of the background of matter.

The deduction of a universal background of matter was made possible by the prior deduction of the underlying substructure of matter, which is that all known matter has a unit particle of matter substructure. The unit particle of matter substructure theory indicated an unknown particle which had no energy in the particle structure, a doublet particle made of pure matter, no energy. Particles of pure matter are proposed to be what compose the background of matter.
THE
B ACKGROUND
OF MATTER
PROPOSAL
The existence of a universal background of matter was deduced in four steps
of deduction. The background of matter was the last step of deduction and was therefore
deduced last, but is proposed first.

The background of matter was deduced to be composed
of energyless massless doublet particles, particles composed of two unit particles
of matter, but with no energy in the particle structure.
Like the invisible ocean of air covering the surface of the Earth, the atmosphere,
the Universe is proposed to be filled with an invisible ocean of cold energyless
massless matter.
The universal background of matter reveals its presence by its motion in an analogous
fashion to how wind reveals the presence of air. Wind reveals the presence of air
by the force the moving air, or wind, has on objects in its path. In an analogy to
wind, currents in the background of matter are proposed to
reveal the presence of the background through the force the moving background has
on objects in its path.
The concept of a background of matter was deduced, not created. The four steps of
deduction which lead to the deduction of the universal background of matter are presented
in Part I Chapter 3 The
Steps of Deduction.
An overwhelming amount of well known scientific evidence already indicates
the existence of the proposed universal background ocean of cold massless matter.
Part I Chapter 4 The Evidence of a Background
of Matter presents evidence of the universal background
ocean of matter. The following list of types of phenomena are offered as evidence
of the existence of the background of matter:

COMPONENTS
PROPOSAL
It is proposed that all particles of matter are constructed from just two basic components. The two basic components are one, unit particles of matter, and two, units of mass-energy.

The Matter and Energy Components Proposal
|
Unit charge particles of matter and units of mass-energy are proposed to be the only two components required to construct all known particles.
Mass-energy is proposed to be caused by unit energy particles as dictated by E=hv.
Rest mass is proposed to be structural energy that is internal to the particle, which
in combination with unit particles of matter form the particle structure.
Photons, and neutrinos, and background oceanic particles are all massless. Massless means the particle has no internal energy in the structure of the particle. Photons and neutrinos only possess momentum energy, no internal structural energy. Background oceanic particles have neither internal structural energy nor momentum energy. Background oceanic particles have no energy at all.
The famous equation E=mc2 dictates a relationship between energy and mass, not energy and matter. Presently, the 'm' in the equation E=mc2 is confused with the 'm' in the word matter as well as with the 'm' in the word mass. Due to an understandable misconception, matter is presently thought to be created from energy according to the famous equation.
Matter is not created from energy, it is the combination of mass-energy and unit particles of matter that is "created". The matter is already in existence as background oceanic particles. The energy is also already in existence.
The equation is thought to indicate a relationship between energy and matter because
matter is observed to be created from energy. The equation in reality dictates a
relationship between configurations of energy, one configuration with no rest mass
energy, or photon energy, and another configuration of a particle with rest mass.
It is presently mistakenly believed that matter is created and destroyed. As will
be explained, matter is proposed to be permanent in nature. It is the particle combinations
of units of particle matter and rest mass structural energy that are created and
destroyed.

SOURCE
OF MATTER
PROPOSAL
| The Source of Matter Proposal The particles of the universal background ocean are proposed to be the source of the unit particles of matter in particles substructures. |
The particles of pure matter composing the background ocean of matter are proposed to be the source matter that is structural to all known particles. All known particles of matter are proposed to have a unit particle of matter substructure, and the unit particles of matter are are propose to be sourced by the background ocean of matter doublet particles of matter.
The steps of deduction of realizing the existence of the background of matter are covered in Part I, Chapter 3, The Steps of Deduction. The unit particle of matter substructure of quarks is deduced in Step 1, and the unit particle of matter substructure of neutrinos is deduced in Step 2.
The oceanic particles are made of pure matter, two units of matter to be precise, one positive unit of matter and one negative unit of matter.

The Background Ocean Particles are the Root Particles of Matter

One positive unit of charged matter and one negative unit of charged matter are
proposed to be produced by the division of the subunits of a background ocean particle
via an infusion of energy. It is proposed that a combination of mass-energy and unit
particles of matter, which were derived from background oceanic particles, are the
two basic components of all presently known matter, presently known matter meaning
non-oceanic particles.
